Tired of downloading zipped archives to your desktop, extracting them, and then HotSync'ing to transfer them to your Palm OS device?
How would you like to be able to download them directly to your Palm device?
Below you'll find a collection of applications and databases
that you can download directly to your Palm OS device (assuming that you have
an Internet connection, of course!)
Analog Clock - Simple analog clock demo
Composer – Simple music composing app. Look for
revisions coming up later...
Directory+ - File/application/database
management application.
555 Calc – Calculator for determining frequency of
555 timer based on resister and capacitor values
GameTrio – Set of 3 games to waste time with,
including a lunar landing type game, an Etch-a-Sketch like graphics game, and
PalmBrite (see below)
MathLib – Used by many applications (already in ROM
for most Handspring devices)
MegaMemo2 – Allows memos of over 32000 bytes
(MemoPad is limited to just over 4000 on most devices!)
***IMPORTANT*** If
you used version 2.9p to encrypt memos, you must decrypt them before upgrading
to version 2.9r, as the encryption/decryption algorithm has changed!
PalmBrite
- Emulates the old "Lite Brite" toy that many of us grew up with.
PICU Tools - Written for use in the Pediatric
Intensive Care Unit, PICU Tools combines several medical calculators,
databases, and related applications into a single downloadable (and beamable)
application. Requires approximately 500K free memory.
Sieve of Eratosthenes – The prototype benchmark
application, determines all prime numbers in a given range of 1 to n
TicTacToe – Very simple version of this game, but
kids seem to love it
